Triggers of Headache and Migraine: New Insights and Methods of Management
This symposium presents exciting new developments into our understanding and management of headache triggers. Two papers discuss findings that have emerged from studies in which headache sufferers monitor their headaches and triggers, and two papers focus on interventions that involve some exposure to triggers to increase tolerance for the triggers.
