The Many Faces of Belief Bias

Content believability strongly affects reasoning, an effect sometimes known as belief bias. We explore some of the state-of-the-art developments in the study of belief bias, with contributions exploring dual strategy approaches to reasoning, belief bias in base rate neglect, the effects of hypnotic suggestion, and belief bias within conditionals.
