A variety of treatments for addiction have been developed that are rooted in laboratory research on addictive processes. This symposium features experimental lab-informed approaches to targeting addictive behavior change, including, inhibitory control training, real time neurofeedback training, transcranial direct current stimulation, cognitive re-training, and mindfulness-based interventions.
