The Evolution of Personality in Humans and Other Primates
Humans and other animals display stable individual differences in their behaviors, emotions, and cognitive tendencies. Moreover, these traits are intercorrelated and give rise to personality dimensions. This symposium will showcase recent studies that seek to understand the evolutionary bases of these phenomena in humans and in other primates.
