Listening to the Other: Powerful, and Dyadic

Saturday, March 9, 2019 · Paris, France

Social Psychology

Listening has powerful benefits for the speaker, the listener, and their social environment. However, past listening research focused on the individual (personality), whereas listening may operate largely at the dyadic-level. This symposium will document the power of listening with meta-analyses, and its dyadic nature with four social-relations modeling studies
