Attentional Capture by Experimentally Induced Reward Cues and Real-World Addictions

Thursday, March 7, 2019 · Paris, France

Cognitive Science

Attentional biases for drug-related stimuli have been related to addictions. A complimentary approach is to study attentional biases for reward-cues under experimental control. This symposium presents a range of studies that explore the mechanisms that influence the development of attentional biases toward reward-related cues and how these relate to addictions.
