Evolutionary Approaches to Female Competition Across the Life Span
Women’s intrasexual mating competition has been increasingly studied over the past four decades. However, topics such as competitive flirting, sexual fluidity, being a single mother, and competition among the elderly have been neglected. This symposium examines competitive mating strategies throughout the lifespan and according to various contexts.
