Resetting Your Clock: Circadian Interventions to Improve Mood

This symposium will review the associations between the circadian rhythm, sleep, and mood, and will include presentations of the results from four RCTs of treatments that directly target circadian function to improve mood. The benefits and limitations of these interventions will be discussed.
