The Intersection of Research and Teaching at Primarily Undergraduate Institutions
Undergraduate research presents unique challenges and benefits to faculty. While limited resources pose problems, research at teaching-first institutions offers opportunities to bring teaching expertise into the laboratory along with focusing research on improving student learning outcomes.
