The Concepts of Sameness and Difference Across Ages and Species
The concepts of sameness and difference are central to human thought. Our symposium aims at enriching our understanding of the representations of these concepts in humans and animals from two complementary perspectives: developmental and comparative investigations. Four contributions will highlight commonalities and disparities between human infants and nonhuman cognition.
