Abstract

This research examines the relationships among benefit evaluation of green credit/debit card services, overall satisfaction with green credit/debit card services, and loyalty to green credit/debit card. Moreover, this research examines whether green ethics moderates the relationship between benefit evaluation of green credit/debit card services and loyalty to green credit/debit card.
