Abstract

To address whether peer victimization in high school predicts subsequent workplace victimization, 1083 students recorded their peer victimization experiences at school for four years and their workplace victimization experiences one year later. Growth mixture models revealed four trajectories whereby students with continued victimization in school experienced the most workplace victimization.
