Towards Incorporating Genetic Risk Scores into Network Models

We introduce a framework in which the relations between genome-wide association study-based polygenic risk scores (PRS) and symptoms of schizophrenia can be studied by jointly incorporating them into a network model. Results indicate that the PRS is directly connected to specific symptoms, and especially to positive psychotic symptoms.
