Childhood Pattern of Family Meals and Its Link to Adolescent Health and Well-Being

Abstract
The current study aims to investigate the long term pattern of family meals in childhood and its potential link to adolescent health and well-being. Although family meals tend to decline across childhood, higher family meal frequency was associated with more favorable adolescent nutrition, physical health, and mental health outcomes.
Adolescent
