The Targeted Individuals Movement and Pathological Echo-Chambers of Social Media

“Targeted Individuals” (TI) claim to be persecuted, using social media to validate psychosis-spectrum views such as gang stalking. We used textual coding to compare postings on TI postings to other groups asking whether interacting in such groups feeds psychopathology through an “echo chamber” or by moderating pathology.
