Abstract
This study used zero-inflated negative binomial regression to investigate longitudinal associations between rumination and cannabis-related problems in young adults. Results showed rumination prospectively predicted increased cannabis problems, over and above baseline cannabis problems, baseline internalizing symptoms, and sociodemographic factors. Rumination may be an effective intervention target to prevent cannabis-related problems.
