The Role of CXCL7 in Inflammatory Pain and Neuropathic Pain

Abstract
In this study, we used complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA)-induced arthritic rat model and unilateral L5 spinal nerve ligation-and-cut (SNL) in rats to investigate the role of CXCL7 in inflammatory and neuropathic pain. It was found that CXCL7 increased markedly in CFA-induced arthritic rats and SNL rats compared with control.
