Abstract

The relationship between frequency of sustainable behaviors and personality traits was evaluated in 614 undergraduate students over a six-semester period. Significant relationships between frequency of sustainable behaviors and Extraversion, Openness to One’s Own Experiences, Conscientiousness, and Agreeableness were found, identifying who may be best suited for leadership roles in sustainability.
