Abstract
This study explored self-assessments and other-assessments of leader behavior and how those assessments differed by gender and social intelligence. Self-other agreement was higher when self-ratings were situation-specific. Females were rated as displaying more consideration behaviors across both self- and other-assessments. Social intelligence was more related to structuring behaviors.
