Abstract

The current study examined self-harm behaviors in 204 female college students. Loneliness and coping were examined as predictors of self-harm behaviors. Results indicated that beyond the importance of coping processes, loneliness remained an important predictor of self-harm behaviors in female students. Some implications of the finds are discussed.
