Abstract

Obsessive compulsive disorder has always been connected to dysfunctional executive functions (EF) and marked presence of guilt. In this study we assessed the impact of guilt upon EF. Fear of guilt has been strongly associated with symptom severity, whereas, sexual and hostility guilt impacts decision making, attention and reaction time.
