Characteristics of Autism in Russell-Silver Syndrome

Abstract
The cognitive and behavioural profile of RSS was investigated via parental questionnaire (SRS-2), standardised cognitive (BAS-3) and behavioural (ADOS-2) assessment. Individuals with RSS MUPD7 had mild-moderate intellectual disability and autistic behaviour was more frequently ‘severe’ than in RSS 11p15, who tended not to experience intellectual disability or ‘severe’ autistic behaviour.
