Abstract
Neuroticism was related to higher rates of smoking and greater alcohol intake and unhealthy eating habits measured at baseline in 227 women diagnosed with breast cancer. Neuroticism should be considered as a potential target for future health behavior modification programs to maximize patient outcomes.
