Abstract
Participants were scanned when performing food-related Go/Nogo tasks under both food satiety and deprivation conditions. Dynamic causal modeling approach was applied to the data and results suggested that (1) food deprivation modulates the communications between the insula, striatum and DLPFC, and (2) the modulations are stronger for higher BMI participants.
