Abstract

Plenty of studies have examined creativity and its correlates. However, it’s still not clear how creative activities can be transformed into creative achievements. The present study shows that narcissism and openness mediate the relationship between creative activities and achievements and thus, help creators to transform their creative activities into achievements.
