Abstract

Planning and Control model (PCM) predicts inhibitory effects of affective compatibility in a motor-visual priming task. In one out of two experiments, facilitatory effects of affective compatibility were found. These results can be understood through the Theory of Event Coding and role of context on feature code integration is emphasized.
