Abstract

This study investigates the positive effects of corporate ‘Creating Shared Value’ (CSV) activities on potential job applicants’ intentions to apply. The mediated moderation model, based on 147 Korean college students’ results, shows that the interaction effect of CSV and calling on applicants’ intention to apply is mediated by P-O fit.
