How Does the Form of Family Work Change?: The Functions of Interactions in Couples

We explored changing process of family work performed by couples. In-depth interviews with 3 couples and 16 individual persons who have experience of marriage were conducted. Results showed that interactions in couples contributed to the micro change, and change of time availability gave space for macro change of family work.
