Linking Peer Victimization to Alcohol Use through Personality Traits and Mental Health

Abstract
Peer victimization increase the risk for alcohol use but little is known about the developmental process that explain this link. Our study identified the mediating role of mental health symptoms between peer victimization and alcohol use, and the moderating role of four personality traits between peer victimization and mental health.
