Sample Entropy of Cingulate Cortex Neuronal Activity in Learning

Abstract
The neuronal underpinnings of newly acquired operant appetitive behavior were studied recording the singular neuronal activity in the cingulate cortical areas of freely moving rabbits. The sample entropy of inter-spike interval sequences assessed for the behavioral cycles was related to factors: neuron’s functional type, localization and the week of training.
