A Study on Mental Health and Assistance of Japanese Expatriate Staffs -Qualitative Research on Japanese Middle Managers in China，Including Drawing Analysis -

This study is aiming to understand the mental health of Japanese middle managers expatriate in China. Four managers were interviewed and tested for drawing（“Baum test” & “Draw-a-Person-in-the-Rain”）, probing into the perplexities and/or pressures encountered by expatriates in the multicultural environment of China, and their respective coping styles.
