The Conflict Attitude Measure: Affect, Behavior, and Cognition

This paper reports results of seven studies designed to increase our understanding of the nature of conflict. It makes use of the “Tripartite Model” of attitude. This paradigm attempts to establish a connection between how our cognitions and affect regarding conflict relate to behavior when we attempt to manage conflict.
