Abstract

This longitudinal study tests an integrated model of preschool children’s math ability to 1) identify abilities linked to early math achievement and 2) measure the influence of socioeconomic (SES) context. We evaluated general language, number language, , and Approximate Number System acuity to predict math achievement one year later.
