Abstract

We investigated the long-term persistence of auditory memory using voice stimuli. Results showed that the incidental learning of voice stimuli enhanced the performance of recognition task, conducted after 3 weeks. This indicates that memory for voice presented under incidental-encoding conditions can be remained for long-term.
