Abstract

Participants self-reported on active and passive procrastination (AP; PP) on emotional intelligence (EI) on personality, and on personal goals (PG). Two weeks later they assessed their achievement of PG. AP was positively related to PG achievement, dependable temperament, creative character and to EI, in contrast to PP. AP is misnamed.
