Abstract

This study conducted a randomized control trial to examine the effects of self-monitoring app for reducing problem drinking. 265 Japanese problem drinkers who were randomly allocated to the app-only group, app-with-feedback group, or wait-list group. The trial will end in November 2018, and results will be presented at the conference.
