Abstract

A single-case-experimental-design was conducted to investigate if treating insomnia first might improve efficacy of CBT for people with social anxiety disorder (SAD) and comorbid insomnia. This was not the case. Rather, results indicate that people with comorbid insomnia and SAD demonstrate greater symptom relief if CBT-insomnia is added after CBT-SAD.
