Abstract

The author investigates the moderating effect of affective delivery in a hierarchical model of the influence of role ambiguity perceived by service employees with emotional exhaustion and task performance. The results indicate that affective delivery moderates the increasing emotional exhaustion and the decreasing task performance, when the perception is low.
