Abstract

Worker motivation that is cross-culturally adaptive, enhancing individual performance across cultural settings, may add value to organizational global initiatives. The purpose of this research is assessment of relationships to cross-cultural motivation through the use of self-determination theory, cross-cultural psychological capital, intrinsic and extrinsic work needs, cultural values, and personality trait-roles.
