Job Performance Scale: A Validity and Reliability Study in Argentinian Employees.

Abstract
The objective was to validate a Job Performance Scale for Argentinian employees. Socio-demographic and job experience differences were analyzed. Job performance scale have shown a satisfactory reliability and construct validity to measure two dimensions: task and contextual job performance.
