Abstract

People unintentionally and automatically form impression of other persons and their presumed character when observing their behavior. But can we manage others’ impression by purposefully behaving in certain ways, moving beyond judgements driven by group stereotypes? We present research investigating how inferences from behavior and gender stereotypes interact.
