Abstract

We tested the relevance of using choices in an interactive novel as an assessment of risk-taking behaviors. We compared choices during the interactive novel to real-life risk-taking behaviors and to two other risk-taking instruments. Our results partly support the use of interactive novels as a measure of risk-taking behaviors.
