Abstract
This research, realised with an exhaustive literature review methodology, present the state of art about Humanitarian workers' mental health (2010-2018) and some new research/intervention avenues, focused on their mental health. These avenues aim to decrease mental impacts of working in traumatic situation and increase retention and re-engagement for future missions.
