Effect of Foreign Threat on the Public’s Acceptance Towards an Immoral Politician.

Abstract

This study examined social situations that engender an immoral politician by using a questionnaire survey. Results of path analysis showed that perceived foreign threat enhanced the support of a utilitarian and powerful politician; consequently, increasing the public’s acceptance towards the immoral politician.
