Abstract

In this study, we investigated if level of media multitasking in everyday life could predict task-switching performance in the lab. Two tasks, the Number-Letter and Local-Global task, were used as indicators of switching ability. Results showed that higher levels of media multitasking were related to better performance in both tasks.
