Abstract

The present study investigates the role of attention on somatosensory processing and integration in the context of EDs. Preliminary results (n=9) indicate that participants with higher levels of EDs symptoms are less accurate in perceiving interoceptive signals and more prone to incorrectly report touch sensations when self-focused attention is elicited.
