Abstract

PWS is a rare genetic disease which affects development. Their neuropsychological profile could impact the installation of reading. For 10 PWS matched with 10 controls (same reading age), word identification and reading comprehension are less efficient. Difficulties could be explained by phonological, visuo-spatial deficits or by a deficit in memory.
