Abstract
A first account of differential neural connectivity patterns for three numerical formats (Arabic digits, number words, nonsymbolic magnitude) is presented, based on the Triple Code Model of numerical cognition. Results indicate the common employment of a fronto-parietal number network, featuring divergent format-specific network configurations and encoding patterns following task demands.
