The study examined the relationship between temperament and functional organization of PFC as assessed by functional connectivity (FC) with Near-Infrared Spectroscopy for healthy young adults. The results suggested that Persistence had negative correlation with FC in resting state.Novelty Seeking/Harm Avoidance/Reward Dependence had different effect on FC in emotional arousal condition.
