Abstract

This research investigated spatial chunking strategies and eye movements in HFA children. 20 HFA and 20 TD children were required to memorize locations of chess pieces in high and low structured conditions, with and without references. Compared to TD children, HFA children relied more on references instead of chunking strategies.
